The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, featuring beautifully designed interiors with a lot of character, and a well-stocked kitchen ideal for cooking. The staff consistently offered friendly and helpful service throughout the stay. some amenities could use a refresh, as certain areas felt dated, and noise levels were occasionally high, potentially disrupting relaxation. the location, while convenient, could present challenges during peak travel times.

I really enjoyed my stay in my cozy studio where the lovely Italian guy at reception definitely brightened my day! The rooftop lounge and the peaceful library were perfect spots to unwind after exploring the city. Just a heads up, my room didn't have much natural light, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

I really loved my stay here as the location was great, being just a short stroll from the beautiful Thames River and only about 20 minutes walking to iconic landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, making each wander into the city a delightful adventure.

The location boasts stunning river and cityscape views, making any evening spent in the lounge area impressive. Access to a sky garden adds a nice touch for a breath of fresh air and a different perspective of the surroundings.
Inconsistent housekeeping practices can catch you off guard, especially if you're expecting daily service. The 5-10 minute walk to the tube might be a bit inconvenient for some, especially after a long day. Limited natural light in certain studios could be a downer if you're looking for a bright, airy space.

Had an amazing time with friends! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice kitchen to prepare meals and a cozy sitting area to chill after visiting the art galleries and local markets. The staff were super helpful and 24/7 available, which made things easier. Totally recommend this place for group trips!
On the downside, we noticed a little water pooling in the bathroom after showers, which could be inconvenient. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning.
